We Truly appreciate our customers

It's been nearly four years since my last post, and much has occurred: growth, life, and challenges. I am incredibly thankful for the steadfast support of our customers. They truly believe in us and trust that, despite everything, their goods will reach Kenya. We face numerous challenges, particularly with logistics, such as delays and goods not arriving on time. We do our utmost, but issues with shipping lines are genuinely beyond our control. We recommend that our customers ship their goods well in advance to avoid delays. There are too many variables involved. The typical turnaround time is usually 90 days.
Today's post is brief and simply to express my gratitude to my customers who have
stayed committed through every challenge. The shipping industry to Kenya is definitely not for the faint-hearted. Those who know it well often joke about the grey hairs it causes lol.
